Exceptionally versatile, this outdoor smoker and grill allows for cooking in seven different ways. Use it for propane smoking and grilling, charcoal smoking and grilling, boiling or steaming, camp cooking, or deep-frying. The unit features a porcelain flame disk bowl and a solid-steel 19-inch LP gas-cooker stand and cast-iron burner with a type-1 regulator and hose. A propane tank must be purchased separately. Other details include U-shaped legs for stability, a temperature gauge, and cool-touch handles for safety. A 10-1/2-quart aluminum pot and a basket with a convenient drain clip come included for frying up fish, French fries, and more. Simply cook food in the pot then lift the basket to drain. The deep-frying basket features small drain holes and a long-stemmed handle with a rubber-covered end to keep hands safe and away from the heat, while the pot provides a sturdy flat base, generous loop side handles, and an easy-to-clean design. The unit requires some basic assembly and a user manual with recipes comes included.
