I FOUND THAT ALL 8 PACKS THE PURPLE WAS DRY. I HAVE TESTED THEM ALL AND INCLUDE AN EXTRA ORANGE OR YELLOW.
I HAVE ALSO CNTACTED STEADTLER AND THEY SAID THAT A BAD BATCH OF PURPLE COULD HAVE BEEN RUN.
