Community web site for sale including the source code and data, whatever you see on the site and some hidded modules ( for example, there is code to support forum, news, polls etc, that was hidden/commented to reduce the time to support the site ).
The site is relatively easy to manage, site management does not require additional programming.
* all code that is running the visible site. You can use the code and database to continue running russiansd.com OR create a new website with any content (subject to approval by the hosting provider)
* prepaid hosting until June 2010
The site is currently not commercial , however, it has the following means of supporting its existence:
* Google Adsense and other click based systems. The admin of the site recently removed Google Adsense, but the new owner can add them back at will. Google adsense generated enough income to cover the site's hosting, so if the new owner just installs it and that's it, the site is actually would become a passive income flow.
* Advertisers: The site used to place paid advertisements for Russian businesses of San Diego. The current site owner stopped doing this after moving out of San Diego. The previous pricing model was: $100/month for a banner at the top, $50/month for a banner at the left side, and $30/month for a banner at the right side of the site.
* in addition, there is a possibility to attach commercial personals to the site.
* we periodically receive requests about Russian lessons. The owner could use it to get some additional income.
The site is hosted on a UNIX based server, most of the code is PHP or HTML. The database is MySQL

Type Russian San Diego in Google and it's on the first place. I just did it and this is what it is. Most of the pages have google importance rating of 2 or 3.
