50 thermagon t-ply 240-A1 thermally conductive pads
These were made for dc-dc converters. They are made of Boron nitride filled silicone elastomer. They are self adhesive, yellow in color and soft and compliant. A spec sheet can be viewed at T-pli 200 Series Datasheet This material can easily be cut to size for your application. We offer several different types of Artesyn converters and one type of Lucent converters that fit these pads. They are our part numbers 467, 508, and 3093. We also offer an Aavid Thermalloy heat sink to be used in connection with the pads and converters. The heatsinks are our part number 1317.
They measure 2.28 x 2.4" and have holes at each corner for a size 10 stud. They are .050 thick including the removable paper backing.
