HP Agilent 16055A Test Fixture
The 16055A is equipped with a light-shielded lid to allow stable measurement of light-sensitive devices, such as photo diodes, photo transistors, and photo resistors. It can be used with the HP 4140B picoamp analyzer and possibly other HP analyzers as well.
Cosmetically everything appears to be in nice condition and clean. The overall physical condition is excellent, there are minor scratches, scuffs, and other signs of use but no known damage
