15 1/4 " high - bottom "pockets" extend out to 11" - Base is 8 1/4"
has 20 metal holders screwed into an acrylic design. Black plastic base has a spinner on the bottom.
I purchased this item back in the late 80's from a long-time department store that was going out of business. I used it for years to hold hair ties, bows, and barrettes-would be useful for jewelry, too !
Condition- just a little rust on one extender - otherwise Good !.
