Corner/ridge cap rollformer
1. Electric gear reduction chain drive
2. 3 inch Turned, Ground and Polished shafts
3. Shafts are turned down to bearing size and held in place with locking bolts
5. Line speed appoximately 130 ft. per minute
7. Last 3 passes with air cylinders
1. 4150 steel polished and hardfaced chrome
2. Profile design.....Corner/Ridge
This rollformer has only had approximately 10 pieces of trim ran through it . It will run any length trim down to 3 foot. IT IS IN NEW CONDITION!
