This device is in excellent cosmetic condition. Guaranteed not to be DOA. Manufactured in 2003. Recently removed from a closed hospital surgical unit. The biomed tag is good through 2/2010.

Excellent cosmetic condition with some sign of normal use. Biomed tag is good through 2/2010. This device powers on and the internal cooling fan is running. The manufacturer's tamper tag is intact indicating the case has never been opened. Recently removed from a closed surgical unit. I acquired a lot of the equipment from this hospital and it has all worked so there is no reason to believe this has any problems. There are no manuals, cables, pedals or power cord included. Uses a standard monitor cord.
