All the research I found calls it a power supply I personally do not know.
Below is information I found on the internet.
+12 V DC, 800mA; standard HIROSE 12-pin connector.
HOR/VERT drives for Synchronization (BNC connectors).
All XC-series camera compatible except XC-999 and XC-777A.
115V AC operation normal(220/240 optional).
