Offered here is a lot of 15 classic Dale Vishay HL-24-08z power resistors. These are elliptical style and rated 12 Ohms, 30 watts, 5% tolerance and should be well suited for custom load banks, power supply testing, and such. These are rather flat, compared to the classic round style of vitreous wirewound resistors.
Units mount on provided standoffs at 2 inch centers and are about an inch wide. Standoffs accept #10 hardware not provided and are about 3/8 inch high. Nichrome and ceramic style. Flat tab terminals include hole for direct solder connections.
Still shrink wrapped to original manufacturer's carding. Comparable items sell for $3 to $6 each distributor stock.
Guaranteed usable. Recieved by us in original factory packaging. Provided as one cut shrink wrap cardboard sheet of fifteen resistors. Resistors are pristine; outer packaging may include minor to moderate storage cosmetics.
