This unique system allows you to thaw, heat, and glaze pre-fried frozen donuts and other baked goods. The frozen donuts that are reconstituted using this system have a higher moisture content and a longer shelf life than those reconstituted in air, helping to prevent stale donuts or product loss. It typically does not require a ventilation hood or utilize shortening, helping to reduce your overall costs.
The other piece of this system is the Thermoglazer, which heats and glazes the donuts. The product goes through the machine on a 17" x 25" glazing screen, which is not included with this system, but are easily available for purchase from the manufacturer. They are heated in the convection oven, then a heavy duty sanitary pump is used to circulate the glaze in a waterfall style.
