TECHALLOY 413 MONEL 1/16" WELDING ROD 10LB CU-NI ALLOY*
Techalloy offers a wide variety of nickel grades, product forms and packages for all applications that require high quality nickel welding wire. Nickel alloys often are used in severe service conditions where extreme heat, corrosion, abrasion, high pressures and combinations of these conditions are present. Techalloy 625 is the most popular grade finding many applications in fabrication and overlay in the petrochemical and power generation industries.
Product forms include continuous wires on spools used in the Gas Metal Arc Welding process (GMAW or MIG). Techalloy brand nickel solid MIG wires offer superior weld and feedability performance due to their unique manufacturing process.
Techalloy solid nickel wires for Tungsten Inert Gas welding (TIG) exhibit an extremely clean surface free of contaminates and are ink jet imprinted with the grade and heat for guaranteed traceability and improved productivity.
Most nickel base solid wires are produced to AWS A5.14 requirements. The copper/nickel grade Techalloy 413 is produced to AWS A5.7. Techalloy 99 for cast iron welding is produced to AWS A5.15.
Several grades are also certified to the requirements of the Canadian Welding Bureau, the Military Qualified Products List, the Brazilian Welding Foundation, and TUV.
