This item was tested to receive power, boot up and finish its start up tests, spun the roll of lables and made the sitckers pop out, and weigh items accurately. Sticker roll not included. Tried to print something manually but you need to enter some kind of unknown code. Looks to be in great working and physical condition. Does not come with power cable.
