The bed has some surface rust on it. It looks straight and I do not see any cracks. The brades look to be in good condition. The very front part of the foot pedal is broken and missing. Otherwise it is in pretty good shape overall. A fresh coat of paint any you would have yourself a nice little shear.
It is currently bolted to a steel frame with wheels so yuo can move it around the shop. You can unbolt the frame and mount it to the floor if you like.
This item is for local pick up. I have a forklift to help load it.
