These were involved in a trucking accident last year, and we we received them in a big plastic bag. They are brand new, clean and factory perfect, with a coating of some kind of light oil. According to the part number, they are silicone rubber seals for Metri-Pack electrical connectors, and these little gadgets sell online for $4.50 - $7.50 per pack of ten. Thus, you are getting them for less than 15% of the usual price.
