Company information sheet enclosed reads as follows:
Recently, you received a Product Safety Alert addressing the possibility of a defective selector switch in your A790041 or A790042 Wallace & Tiernana Amperometric Titrator.
Enclosed please find new seletor switch(es). It should take you or whomever else is trained in maintenance of your equipment operation less than one hour to install the selector switch(es) in your titrator selector switch.

Kit includes one (1) selector switch, plus a sheet with the replacement procedure and a cut-away drawing of the titrator housing.
The original date of this change (indicated on the drawing) was 3 - 11- 91.
This replacement kit is sold with everything shown in the photo.
