TI MS430 USB development Kit, plastic case included, used few times, checked working fine, has a couple short leads soldered. and I believe one of the 4 lead connecting board and target is broken, you should be able to solder another copper legs on it. Comes with USB development stick (main programmer), a F2013 target board, and a bonus F2012 target board.
No time to play, my loss is your gain.
