This machine comes with the machine head only
the power table is NOT included.

The machine by itself weighs about 40 pounds
The Singer 47w70 is designed for darning & mending all types of
medium to heavy weight materials including cloth, vinyl, leather,
canvas, denim and various coated and laminated materials.
It is suitable for stitching such products as overalls, work shirts,
athletic pants, uniforms, tents, awnings, tarpaulins, post office bags,
feed bags, marine & truck covers and numerous other articles.
Tubular and curved articles are easily handled
on the cylindrical bed of the machine.
It is Ideal for sewing patches & fabric-type name tags onto shirts,
jackets, uniforms, and much more.
* No Feeding mechanism - allows the operator to freely move the work
in any direction as required for darning
* Vertical Axis Rotary Hook (Uses a very common G style bobbin)
* The Singer 47w70 has a workspace of the following:
8 inches to the right of the needle
with a working height of 6 inches.
Maximum Speed of 2500 Stitches Per Minute
Clearance Under Hopping Presser Foot is about 5/16 ths of an inch.
Comes with: 10 spare bobbins, 30 spare needles,
