Master-bilt ihc-48 double door blast freezer
We moved to a larger ice cream making facility and thus no longer need our IHC-48. I have had this unit for about 3 years, during which time I have used it nearly continuously. The unit is somewhere between 12 and 15 years old. Though not beautiful, it is a workhorse and has served me very well. It is clean inside and includes 6 shelves. It will hold 44 2.5 gallon tubs of ice cream.
The picture shows it missing two of the internal doors, which we have operated without in recent years, as they're really not necessary. We may have the missing doors in storage.
Detailed specs on the unit can be found on the manufacturer's website: http:// /products/cream.htm
The unit is on legs and has a digital thermometer. It gets down to -30F overnight in our ice cream shop, which is hot with poor ventilation, so it might get colder in your space.
