This DMM has been tested good and is guaranteed to be fully functional, without defect and able to pass calibration for 30 days. It was list calibrated in August of 2009 and is still in calibration. This DMM is in average cosmetic condition with a few small scruff and scratches. Power cord and .pdf manual and new aftermarket leads are included.
