This is a used SCS Pactor PTCIIe modem in excellent condition. It is made in Germany by SCS. Smoke-free home, no marks or corrosions. Included is the SCS manual, power cord, Belkin serial to usb cable, two (2) ferrite chokes and a cable with connection for this item to a ICOM 718 (the radio is not included). It has been used with Pactor III upgrade for my call. It is usable for Pactor II without the upgrade.
