The Street Safe hose containment strap is designed to prevent hose from deploying unintentionally off the hose bed of an engine. If a sharp turn or bump causes the hose to deploy, the Street Safe will stop the full deployment of the hose. Because the Street Safe is attached around the hose, it also makes it easier and safer to remove from the engine when setting up a water supply from the engine to the hydrant.
The Street Safe is made from 6,000 lb. webbing, an extra large 5,000 lb. carabiner, and industrial strength construction. It is backed with a 1 year warranty and made in the U.S.A.
