Unit runs on 28 Volts, is center-tuned for 145 MHz.
Fully linear behaviour up to 100 Watts output (11W in). I quiescent 1A per transistor (adjustable)
Saturated output is over 125 Watts.
As expected the transistors are not very robust, did kill them with 25% higher input power. So keep the maximum in your description at 125 Watt.
