These dispencers are of polished chrome and Black plated metal and dispence napkins from the side with a sping inside keeping pressure on the plate to keep napkins from falling out. Includes a chrome back mounted menu rack. Napkins are not included.
Each dispencer weighs 2lbs. 8oz. they are 6 inches tall by 7.5 inches wide and 6 inches deep. Have 4 rubber tabs so not to scratch counter or table
