Nelson F32 impact sprinklers on risers - 8 - used
Spring is here and it is time to think about your Lawn or Lawn Care Business. I have 1 lot of 8 F32 sprinklers with brass heads and Aluminum Arms from Nelson (Rainbird). I found them in a chicken coop at a sale. They were the main components of a plan by a retired fellow who never got around to installing them. I wire brushed them and bought 6 new 9/64 Flow Control Nozzles (fcn). The F32 series is discontinued, but parts are still available. According to the chart at http:// /data/products/IMPACT_Catalog1.pdf, the range for these (9/64) is 2.88 GPM & 85 Feet at 25 PSI up to 5.17 GPM & 100 ft at 80 PSI. I have 2 older nozzles that measure 1/8 & 1/4. I can t tell anything more about them. I have 7 aluminum risers at 12 inch and 1 steel at 16. Looks like a 3/4 supply necking down to 1/2 inch at the brass. Brass heads turn a full 360 degrees and all parts that are supposed to move, do move. Photos show conditon. Looks like pretty good stuff!
