To answer the questions so far, The over all outside dimensions are 47"x47" and is 34" tall when setting in the base. The tapered base (or mount section) is 40"x40"x4" tall. The units are a single phase system. To give you an idea of the cooling capacity, the barns were 40'x120' with 4 units to each barn. I was unable to get the owners manuals from the owners of the farm, but he was going to continue looking and talk to the old secretary. Thanks Wayne
