Hobart 40qt mixer. Model D-340. Sn# 31-1129-258. 208 volt, 60 hz, 1725 rpm, 1 1/2 hp, 3 ph, 5.0 amp. Includes safety cage, 40qt stainless steel bowl, 40qt spiral hook, paddle, whip.
Mixer is in excellent working condition. This is a one owner mixer, with the orginial paint, Heavy duty 1 1/2 horse power. Bowl arm crank easily and smoothly goes up and down. Don't be fooled by those old mixers with shiny new paint and lower horsepower!
