The Bollhoff BM2100 screw insertion machine is unique to the market.
Designed to enable the operator to quickly and efficiently insert screws for the fitting of furniture components to kitchen, bedroom, office furniture etc, or anywhere units require fitting with screw fixings on a repetitive basis.
Built to the high quality engineering standard expected from Germany.
The machine works by placing the screws in a vibrating reciprocator bowl which sorts and feeds the screws tip first into a connecting tube linked to the insertion gun.
The gun is supplied with a suitable nozzle for the type of screws to be used.
The screwing action is driven pneumatically. Torque or depth of insertion can be set on the machine as required.

The flexible tube feeds the nozzle at a continual rate ensuring a constant speed of screw insertion. Enabling the operator to perform a task which normally would take considerable longer.
