This heavy-duty cylinder has a 1 1/2 Inch Bore and 2 1/2" Inches of stroke with a 1/2" piston and a thread end - envelop pressure - 150 psi nominal air pressure.
This Series is a high performance, quality, compact, round cylinder, light in weight. Designed for those applications where cost, performance, and repairability are critical.
Heads and Caps are lightweight aluminum for maximum corrosion resistance. The cap is provided with a steel pivot bushing.
Cylinder Body is hard anodized aluminum for corrosion and abrasion resistance. The smooth I.D. finish provides long seal life.
Piston extends out 6" from end in the closed position
Piston Rod is case hardened and chrome plated steel for strength and durability. The piston is secured to the rod with anaerobic adhesive. Full diameter threads are provided for maximum strength. Wrench flats are standard
The Cushion Adjustment Needle is recessed and retained for precise, safe adjustment on all adjustable cushions.
The wear-compensating Rod Seal design conforms to pressure variations and provides maximum seal life.
High Strength Steel Retaining Snap Ring (210,000 P.S.I. ultimate) is precision made to securely lock the head and cap in place. Easily removed for quick disassembly.
