Motorola ht-220 amateur or commercial vhf/fm radio's

I believe these were Pennsylvania State Police Radios at one time........ Number on side of radio..... (P.S.P. 0703}
I do not know if the charger works, plugged it in and read 12V but the light would not come on when radio was placed in it......
Three (3) radio's have 154.600 installed, and two radio's have 154.600 and 154.785 installed, all three may have both frequencies installed but I am only sure of (2) radios having 154.785.
Radio's come with belt clip installed, (5) batteries and antenna's.
Great radios for hunters and I believe can be easily programmed for Amateur frequencies.
Read all about these great little radios here http://mfwright.com/HT220.html
Three Batteries are showing 16 + volts on a VOM, but not sure of how long they would last, two batteries showing 2 to 3 volts on VOM.
