This device is different from general s51 download cable please confirm your device board's chip pins to connect correcly!
If you can not connect maybe : 1 you use usb to parallel adapter but most usb to parallel adapter only connect some line between usb and parrallel (most are 3 lines) and does not change volt or ampere so you need to get a real 'usb parrallel' . and you 'd better to us on one pc instead of use on one laptop because pc parrallel vcc is 15 volts usually but laptop's parrallel voltage is 9 volts usually. please change socket of parrallel
2 .may be you did not connect them firmly some pins are hung up. Please check and reconnect.
3. you did not set correctly in software.please read the reference of the software.
