This is a Direct Connect Machine with Rotary Vane Pump
* Double boilers - the user can operate a coffee boiler and steam boiler independently of each other.
* PID (Proportional, Integral, Derivative) temperature control of the coffee boiler.
* Polished stainless steel body panels.

* Commercial-grade motor and rotary vane pump with direct water connection. Includes stainless steel braided hose with 3/8" male thread.

The setting can be varied by adjusting the full size pressurstat through the access port under the cup warmer tray on top of machine. Pump pressure gauge to indicate brew pressure during espresso extraction (reading will vary while not extracting).
