Our rectangular chafing dish Asia is constructed from valuable nickel silver, much heavier than stainless steel, and is finished in a bright mirror polish finish using the exclusive Sambonet HSSP (Hard Sambonet SilverPlating) process. HSSP adds a thick layer of 999.5 per mille silver to plate the nickel-silver base that is twice as hard as traditional silverplating and up to four times more tarnish resistant.
