UHF RF POWER AMP BETWEEN 400MHZ TO 520 MHZ 3 of them are capable of developing 60 mim to 100 watts max in a parallel circuit using 3 for finals with a forth one as a driver (my driver is good for now) they was only made for/by MOTOROLA company, I run a MOTOROLA repeater model MSR-2000 it is a commercial unit I am converting to armature band use when I got it the first thing I did was test it and found the output amp was bad and traced it to these transistors, 2 burned open 1 working but leaking the one transistor was putting out 24watts even though it too is bad
