New oval stainless steel rack/stand 19"l x 7-3/4"w,
Oval Stainless Steel Rack/Stand 19"L x 7-3/4"W, NEW
I am not sure how or what this is used for. The oval is 19"L x 9-3/4"W and is 7-3/4"H, however it does have the two spacer bars within the hieght, these 2 bars run 4-1/4" Height from the bottom, so it looks like it would hold an oval pan that is aprox 3-1/2" Depth. Just not sure if this may be used for display of pans items on a cold or hot buffet or for some other use. There is no indication on the box, other than it does have an item number on it of 90011, it however has no other information, not even a manufacturers name on it.
We checked it with a magnet and came to the conclusion, based on the very light attraction and drag from our test magnet, that it is staineless steel, also by testing a burn spot on it, which wiped right away with no effect. For this reason, we do not believe it would/could be chrome or a solid steel material. So to the best of our ability, we believe it is indeed Stainless Steel.
We are only going to keep these in stock about 30 days, since we are not sure what the end use was for these, any not sold at that time will probably just be taken and sold for the stainless scrap price of $1.00+ per pound currently in our area.
