* The generator is specially designed for larger volumes and when needing higher torque to affect the dissolution.
* The PT DA 6040 quickly disperses and mixes particles up to 18 mm in size particularly fibrous stringy and brittle samples.
* Rotor and stator is cut from solid 316L stainless steel resulting in a stronger thicker-walled stator tube that extends generator life and prevents deformation.
* Meticulously controlled tolerances ensure the smallest most uniform rotor-stator gap for maximum shear force and reproducible particle yield.
