This one door unit has seen some alterations, and we're selling it as we found it. Basically, they took out the standard shelves and stuck a speed rack (for sheet trays) inside the unit, sans wheels. A pizzeria is one place I can see benefitting from such a modification, and I can think of several others. If you don't like it, the rack removes and there are regular shelf hangers (for regular wire shelves) if you prefer them. We can possibly provide these shelves, but the cost goes up. We'd rather sell it cheaply and be done with it. We'll guarantee it works for 30 days, same as our other units, in any case. The information plate is gone, so all we can say is that it is an E-Series cooler.
