I have bought 1000's of EPROM's from many different manufacturers, we use approximately 200 to 300 Eproms a month for reprogramming ECU's - Honda's specifically. These are the most reliable and trouble-free OTP EPROMS that i have ever used.
0% programming problems and they are supported by almost every programmer on the market!!!!

OTP Eprom's are the ultimate in data security and reliabilty heres why!
A UV Eprom can be erased and rewritten 1000's of times if done correctly with special light!! UV eproms have a quartz window in the top of the ceramic lid to let light in to erase the data.
OTP Eproms do not have a window to let light in and possibly corrupt your data. OTP Eproms are also made out of a special thermoplastic instead of a heavy ceramic. This allows the the chip manufacture to completely encase and protect the delicate chip in plastic so that nothing can happen to it.
UV Eproms chips are placed in a small quartz bubble surrounded with a inert gas, there is no physical support for the internal chip and its delicate gold wires. This leaves the posibilty of damage from accidental exposure to light and from vibration.
So to make a long story short OTP EPROM's are more reliable, cannot be accidentalaly erased, and cannot be damaged from excessive vibration.
