Vintage Merrow Serger Commercial Sewing Machine / Workstation
The workbench has 4 sturdy, braced legs made of angle iron, and the feet have holes for bolting to the floor. The table top is solid wood. An iron spindle with thread spools is mounted to the right back corner of the table. Thread spools are included. There are 2 large metal foot pedals for operating the machine.
The motor looks to be intact and in good shape, as does the switch, requisite wiring, and AC power cord, but we can't guarantee that everything is functional. It has been powered up and the pedal moves the needle area when pressure is applied to it.
Aside from some expected dirt and use-related wear, all of the parts seem to be intact.
The overall bench measurements are 37" across x 20" wide x 31" high
We've been informed that this machine does side stiching on various things like table cloths, napkins, etc. It has a cutting blade that trims off the excess for a finished appearance. Information regarding the threading of the machine can be obtained through the Internet.
