A steam cooker made by Hobart, makers of excellence. This unit holds three two-inch full hotel pans at a time, and can fit on a countertop as easily as its stand. Currently set to three-phase, this unit is listed as being capable of either 1 or 3 phase. Requires water and drain lines to function. We have two of these units in stock currently.
