This heat and hold would be nice for most any restaurant or deli. This cabinet is a mobile heater-proofer that has 18 slides for full size sheet pans. It has aluminum exterior and interior. This unit also features a see through plastic door. Included is a heat/hold warming unit that has an adjustable thermostat and an on/off switch and a humidity control.

This item has some cosmetic imperfections from use, including some surface rust and discoloration. The door gasket will need to be replaced. The exterior temperature gauge is not completely accurate and is off by a few degrees.
