One *Sure Seal, Inc. Sure Torque Actuator, part # ST-295-DA. Series ST-DA; Size 295. No springs indicated. Mounting pattern consists of 4 inner bolt holes and 4 outer bolt holes. Approximate measurements of inner bolt holes: 3-1/2" bolt to bolt diagonally and 2-1/4" bolt to bolt across. Approximate measurements of outer bolt holes: 5" bolt to bolt diagonally and 4-5/8" bolt to bolt across. These measurements are to the best of my ability.*
