This gas charbroiler measures 15 inches in height, 24 inches in width, and 25 inches in depth. It uses only 80,000 BTUs per hour, has a fast start up and recovery time, and reduces the amount of time it takes to cook pound of hamburger by 20%. This radiant broiler is made from welded steel and to protect the control panel from the high temperatures there is a double walled firebox. It contains a viewable standing pilot ignition system that can be lit without moving the front panel.
