This oven is in great working condition - was used daily in our Sandwich Shop.
TurboChef C3 Convection Microwave Rapid Cook Oven ~ Electric. This is a Rapid Cook Oven that is electric, ventless, fits on a countertop, internal catalytic converter (needs no hood system).
Oven includes ceramic wave guide and ceramic cook platter, wooden paddle, several teflon mesh trays

How it Works The C3 control system precisely coordinates impinged air (which evenly browns the outside of food) with microwave energy (which evenly cooks the inside) to rapidly cook food without compromising quality. An integral catalytic converter allows for UL -certified ventless operation.
