Deluxe bakery oven w/proofer & hatco merchandiser
Both items are used and have been cleaned, but could use a deeper cleaning. Both items were working when they were put into storage about 1-1/2yrs ago.

The oven was manufactured by the DeLuxe Equipment Co, Bradenton FL 34207.
The info listed on the side of the oven read as such:
Model # CR-2-3, PH - 1, Wire - 3, Hz - 50/60, Watts - 4410
It is missing one plate that has the temp gauge listed on the front, but does have the temp marked off using medical adhesive tape. I do not know how accurate it is, but do know that it was being used this way for some time. The door is reversible, and is currently fastened on the right side, so the writing on the door glass reads backwards. This is not because there are any problems, only that the door was installed this way. It can be removed and installed so that the door glass reads correctly if you so desire. Included are four bakery trays and two muffin trays.
Both pieces are very heavy and this sale is for local pick up only. I'm sorry I will not be responsible for their transportation. You will need a full size pick up truck or trailer to haul this equipment. Oven measures approx 6" tall, 32" deep & 29" wide. I hope you can understand.
