50 laser diode 635NM 9MM high power sdl / jds uniphase
1 box of 50 laser diodes made by SDL / JDS Uniphase. This is an assortment. Most are SDL-7501 which is a high power, bright red 15mw at 635nm. Some are SDL-7311 which are a deeper red 35mW at 650nm. There may also be some SDL-5400 810nm, 100-200mW diodes in the mix. These are unused and come in the special anti-static package shown. 7 day right of return if you are not happy with this assortment.
* Solid State (DPSS) Laser Pumping
* Negative current transients greater than 25 A, and/or reverse voltages >3V, can destroy the unit.
* Unit requires an adequate heat sink. Failure to supply an adequate heat sink will destroy the unit.
* A dry environment should be provided when storing or operating this device at temperatures below the ambient dew point. Failure to do so will cause condensation on the unit and can destroy it.
* Output powers in excess of specification will accelerate device aging.
* Operation at higher temperatures will accelerate device aging, increase threshold current and lower slope efficiency.
* Care should be taken to avoid back-reflections into the device. Failure to do so can destroy the unit.
* Item is subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned and S&H is non-refundable.
