3" 3 Port Ceramic Shear Action Disc Valve
Utlising ceramic shear action disc technology the valve provides tight shut-off and high pressure differential capability. The extremely hard nature of ceramic produces outstanding resistance to wear any cavitation damage compared to conventional elastomer and plastic seated valves, minimising seal replacement and downtime.
Temperature solutions from Emech valve/actuator include their "swirl-mix" that incorporates a temp. probe at the point of mix. The result is reduced "call time" and fast and accurate delivery of tempered water which can be used in many Industrial applications such as a brewery, dairy, tanneries, meat processing, bakeries, wine manufacturing, etc. Thinking green, there is not a better mixing valve on the market for industry.
