On offer here is a book titled "The D. & S. Saw Doctors' Hand-book : A Comprehensive Guide and an Authoritative Treatise on the Care, Repair and Fitting of Saws of Every Description". Published by Drabble & Sanderson, Ltd. "Elect" Saw Makers, Sheffield. No date but the Preface is dated 1925 which fits with the style of binding and illustration.

7 1/4 by 4 3/4 inches. Thin card front and back with a blue cloth spine. 78 pages with two blank note pages. Advertisement endpapers. Some soiling to front. A small mark to title page and a strange "Canoelled" stamp to page 12, see photograph. The stamp is over a portion of text which states "Drabble and Sanderson, Ltd, will be glad to supply one of these gauges free of charge to any sawyer who cares to write for one". I'm guessing the stamp means that these were no longer available. Slight crease and fading to back. Contents slightly age toned but clean.
