BENDS- Pipe, Tubing: Round & Square
LARGE CAPACITY- Bends round tubing from 1/2" to 2 1/2" diameter, square tubing up to 1 1/2", and up to 2" Schedule 40 pipe.
ANTI-SPRINGBACK MECHANISM- Included & standard. Anti-Springback locking lever for better bend control.
RUGGED ALL STEEL CONSTRUCTION- Super heavy duty. 1" x 8" frame bolts, frame and drive arms are CNC machined from 1" and 3/4" steel plate. Fast change bending dies are CNC machined from solid steel billets. (Sold separately)
DEGREE INDICATOR- Built-in makes it simple to make accurate, repeatable bends.
CENTER PIVOT HYDRAULIC CYLINDER- Engineered To Be Reliable! Painstakingly designed to last for years in a hard working fabrication shop. The hydraulic cylinder swivels in a solid CNC machined steel block that pivots exactly at the cylinder's center, preventing side loads on the cylinder's internals. The pusher block employs a unique rotating design and a swiveling bronze wear block so that the cylinder will not experience any up or down loading.
