K-type thermocouple wire for digital thermometer TC1 2P
This is a great, small and inexpensive thermocouple wire with a K-Type sensor. The sensor is housed at the tip of long wire probe, which has a plastic coating. This is easier to clean than fibre glass insulation. It has a miniature type connector that will work with digital K-type thermometers (see my shop for a good selection).
This probe can used to measure air or gas temperatures, it can be attached to pipes or embeded into objects you want to measure.
Temperature Range: -58 to 399 F (-50 to 200 C)
Wire length: approx. 3 ft / 100 cm
Probe Diameter: 0.06 inch (1.6mm)
Additional information: This thermocouple will read very low temperatures, if you have a suitable thermometer. I have tested this down to -350 F (-210 C) with my thermometer DM6803 and DM6804. My DT804 and DT804A only measure to -58 F.
